Fusion Education People Solutions (FEPS) is a real one-stop shop.

It enables the School / Multi Academy Trust to successfully move forward with HR advice and the added benefit of a People focused MIS. Brunel Academies Trust has recently purchased the FusionHR service along with the SAMpeople system and we are already seeing the benefits of the services. The system will bring a solution focused, data reporting requirement to the organisation, where meaningful decisions can be made. The HR service is personalised to the organisations culture and requirements. The employees at FEPS that we have come to know, to date, have all been really people focused, a true value that Brunel lives by. I have recently completed the HR Excellence in Education course to help support the HR function in my school.  Not only did I want to broaden my knowledge but also increase my confidence when dealing with HR matters in what can be a minefield of complex issues.

The course provided all this and more.  The in depth explanations and rationale helped apply this knowledge to my own setting and not only deal with issues that have arisen but has also helped me prevent situations from becoming more serious matters.  Case studies provided more practical knowledge and I was able to reflect on this in my own practice.

I particularly appreciated the course combined both practical elements with holistic ones like employee reward which can only benefit an organisation.  It has helped me see ‘the whole picture’ better which I can then advise other senior colleagues of which will in turn help us to recruit and retain the best candidates which our children deserve.

Having conducted our own financial cost and risk benefit analysis, Fusion is real value for money! I have never come across another provider with such a great product. It’s nice to work with someone who has been in the business for so long, and who gives such sensible, practical, advice. I would recommend FEPS without hesitation. It’s essential as a National Tour Operator that we maintain our CHAS accreditation. Fusion have helped us gain our CHAS status each year and more importantly made sure we are compliant with all the Health & Safety Regulations that we need to be. We have an annual review to make sure that we have everything covered and up-to-date and then they’re always at the end of the phone if we need them. The support Fusion provides means we don’t have to worry about regulations and they’ll always keep us up-to-date with any changes that might impact us.
