  • Stress Less, smile more is a 6 week online resilience programme, that guides you through how to develop consistent resilience building habits.
  • Each session will look at the different ‘Powers’ that contribute to mindset and healthy mental health (or not).
  • Understanding and developing these powers your way helps you maintain healthy mental health - no matter what the world throws at you.
  • They will receive access to a private Facebook Group where they can ask questions and an e-book pocket guide.
