In light of the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, FusionHR and SAM have activated their business continuity plans.
FusionHR and SAM’s priority is to ensure the health and safety of their employees, customers and other stakeholders, as well as the continuity of our services.
During the period of school closure and home working, we wanted to reassure you that our staff will be available during normal office hours (8.30am to 4.30pm) to continue to support you and answer queries via email, telephone or video conferencing.
Many staff at FusionHR and SAM are already able to deliver their services remotely and we have extended this agile working to the rest of our FusionHR and SAM teams. All staff have been provided with the tools necessary to deliver their duties from a remote location, this includes mobile phones and laptops.
FusionHR and SAM are also complying with government and public health organisation guidance in order to keep everyone safe.
Visiting FusionHR and SAM – Information for when the office reopens. The office is closed until further notice.
With immediate effect, anyone who is experiencing a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath is advised not to visit our office. Anyone who has travelled abroad in the last 14 days to an area that has experienced a case of infection, should also not attend the office. Where possible meetings can still be carried out via telephone or video conferencing.
All visitors will be required to confirm that they are not experiencing a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath, whether or not they have travelled to an area known for cases of the virus within the last 14 days or have come into contact with anyone who may have contracted the virus. All visitors are expected to practice elevated levels of personal hygiene while at the office. This includes washing hands with sanitising gel upon entering the site. Additional hand sanitisers have been placed around the office.
Please also consider the below;
* Anyone who displays symptoms is requested to stay at home, self-isolate and call 111 for further advice
* Anyone who has travelled to an affected area is instructed to stay at home and self-isolate
* Anyone who has been in close contact with someone who has travelled to an impacted area is also required to stay at home and self-isolate
