In SAM, our Staff Absence Management software, we’ve developed the new SAMconnect app, to provide a platform for staff communications and wellbeing information and offered this free to all clients and free to prospects until last September. We also added a COVID dashboard and COVID illness categories, so that clients could segregate COVID absence from normal absence and track cost impact. We made it possible for sheilders to be identified in the system for ease and also for reports to be extracted to help insurance and COVID recovery cost scheme claims.
