Description
This apprenticeship agreement is underwritten by the Green Book, collective agreement, and includes the required clauses to be section 1 compliant under the Employment Rights Act 1996 (amended 2020). The agreement is fixed-term for specific apprenticeship frameworks/courses and consequently includes the name of the course/framework and college delivering the training, to ensure section 1 compliance.
