We are delighted to announce a new partnership with ESS SIMS and our holistic HR Software, SAMpeople. This will help us with our aim to enable our customers to integrate their HR systems easily and more effectively.
As the most widely used MIS system for schools and Trusts across the country, SIMS provides an integrated platform with SAMpeople, reading and writing back data to remove duplication for the customer. We have been a SIMS accredited partner on SAM for a number of years, but we are delighted that they have chosen SAMpeople to be an exclusive partner.
“We have worked incredibly hard with schools and trusts to develop HR software that really meets their needs,” adds Kathryn Birch, Managing Director at SAMpeople and FusionHR.
“The partnership with SIMS – the most widely used MIS for schools across the country – is a real validation of all of the hard work our team of former school business managers, HR specialists, and education software developers have put into making SAMpeople such a strong offer”.
“SAMpeople has a fantastic understanding of the HR needs of a school and the complexities of school life”, says Tommy Bonner, the interim sales director at ESS.
“Like SIMS, the SAMpeople system is all about helping to make a school run more smoothly so more time can be spent focusing on the educational needs of its students. The integration of the two systems, made possible by the partnership, will provide greater efficiency and insight for our school and trust customers and we look forward to working with them over the coming years.”
The partnership will enrich the offering to both our school and MAT customers and SIMS customers.
As SAMpeople provides an end-to-end HR management system, which has been designed especially for the education sector, partnering with ESS SIMS is a natural fit. Users can track and store all their critical employee information on one secure platform. By pulling in all of a school or trust’s relevant information held in SIMS, HR reporting is available at the click of a button, helping to make SAMpeople an even more valuable tool.
