Once again, we are delighted to be expanding our team here at FEPS. We would love to welcome our new Campaign Marketing Manager, Jasmin Hart! As part of her introduction, we have asked Jasmin a few questions so you can get to know a bit more about her:
Tell me a bit about your role:
At FEPS my role will be a mixture of a few things, a majority of my role will be campaign management, ensuring we are delivering successful and impactful cross channel campaigns, whether this be for product promotion, software updates or partnerships collaborations. I will also be taking on the responsibility of event planning, a little bit of content writing and supporting my peers within their roles.
Let us know a little bit about yourself (Personality, interests/hobbies, education):
I would describe myself as confident, driven and always open to learning new things but also knowing when to relax and have a laugh. I try and look at life positively and not take everything too seriously. I’m pretty boring in respect to hobbies! I like to read, go to festivals, and spend time with family – the generic answer! I’d love to travel, so that’s on the agenda to explore loads of new places and see the different cultures around the world. When leaving high school, I was really unsure on what route I wanted to take, so I thought my best option at that time was to go straight into an apprenticeship. To this day I’m still so happy I chose this route! Not only have a gained a huge amount of work experience, but it has also opened amazing opportunities for my career development and made such a positive impact to my confidence.
What brought you to FEPS:
Here at FEPS I have been given an opportunity to develop within my career. The team here have given me a chance to learn and expand on my leadership skills and help support and develop my peers as well. From working from home for over 2 years, I needed a refresh, I needed to get back out into the physical working world and FEPS offered me this opportunity. The team are lovely and everything about the company and my role make it all the while to get up in the mornings!
